VIP Day Reservation

HerForce agrees to provide the Client with an exclusive 8-hour VIP Day dedicated to completing mutually agreed-upon business or marketing projects. Services may include email sequence copywriting, website design, ad campaigns, CRM setup, automations, or other tasks outlined in pre-VIP Day documentation.

2. Payment & Retainer

• The VIP Day fe is a non-refundable retainer to reserve your exclusive date. This retainer compensates HerForce for reserving time and declining other clients.
• Payment is due in full upon booking. No refunds will be issued except as outlined in Section 3.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation

• Rescheduling is permitted without fee if notice is provided at least 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled VIP Day.
• Late rescheduling (<72 hours) or no-shows forfeit the retainer, and a new retainer is required to rebook.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Pre-VIP Day Documents: Submit all requested materials (e.g., brand assets, logins, project details) 24 hours prior to the VIP Day. Delays may result in rescheduling or reduced service scope.
• Availability: Client must be reachable via phone/text/email during the VIP Day. Unresponsiveness for >1 hour may pause services or require rescheduling.

5. Intellectual Property

All deliverables (e.g., copy, designs, strategies) become the Client’s property upon full payment. HerForce retains the right to showcase anonymized work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Both parties agree to keep shared business information confidential, excluding publicly available details.

HerForce’s liability is limited to the VIP Day fee paid. Client assumes responsibility for implementation outcomes.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in Tarrant County  courts.

This document supersedes prior agreements. Amendments require written consent from both parties.

If any clause is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement remains valid.

By purchasing a VIP Day, the Client agrees to these terms.
